We were there for our daughter’s December graduation from WVU. The location was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable. We were unable to stay for breakfast as we had a very long drive and left before it opened. But - the sweet nighttime staff offered us breakfast sandwiches for the next morning! We declined that, but the coffee and hot chocolate that were ready before our early departure was very welcome given the frigid temperatures!

More important to ask what did I like about the staff. Dylan greeted me with a great smile and a flawless check in. Alex’s breakfast offerings were hot, plentiful and nicely presented. Very clean breakfast area. Sharon happened to be near the door when we checked in. She was charming and helpful.a definite asset to your hotel

Over all Very comfortable. The hotel rooms are a bit dated. Only issue I had was it felt like someone was cutting grass infront of the window at 9am while I was trying to get some sleep...woke up due to the noise. Was hoping to have something else other bacon with eggs. Maybe hashbrowns.

Reception staff friendly and funny. Very welcoming. The beds are very comfortable. Excellent pillows. The room was so clean and quiet. And the heat/cooling system very quiet also. We always enjoy the food choices at the breakfast room. The staff member there was very friendly and helpful

It was me my daughter and my two grandchildren just needed a day away from the family and we came and we thought the place was beautiful and the kids had a great time. It was real relaxing and the pool was magnificent and I’ll definitely be back. everything was super clean too.
